Cooperating with Perfect Language school what you gain is not just a language training for your employees, but comprehensive service in the range of the development of their language competences, adjusted to your individual needs. Our cooperation with the Client is based on a 6-stage program, devised to define your expectations in a precise way, adjust the training to your requirements and provide you with regular reports on fulfilment of jointly established aims. The programme includes the following stages:
- Placement Tests
- Definition of Aims
- Project
- Training
- Progress Tests
- Reporting
1. Placement Tests
The first stage of our cooperation is carrying out placement tests, which check the level of language knowledge of the participants of the training. The tests are conducted by one of our teachers in the Client’s seat on a date arranged in advance. On the basis of the placement tests we define the level of language knowledge of each participant and, as required, decide on the necessity of division into groups and then define their levels.
2. Definition of Aims
This stage consists in a creative discussion between a representative of Perfect Language school and a person responsible for coordination of the training from the Client’s part. The meeting takes place in the Client’s seat on a date arranged in advance. During the meeting we present you with the placement tests’ results and suggested level of the group or division of groups and their levels, whereas the coordinator defines the expectations of the Client towards the training. Taking into consideration the possibilities of the participants of the training, as well as your needs, we jointly define the aims of the training, which are divided into:
- general aims, such as improvement of the level of language knowledge, development of language abilities related to the branch, in which the company operates, or with the post of a given employee, easing communication with foreigners, etc.
- specific aims, such as communication in different aspects of everyday life (e.g. in a store, at the airport, at a hotel), making phone calls, negotiating, giving presentations, business correspondence, etc.
The Client chooses the duration of the course and the frequency of the classes.
3. Project
The next stage is a preparation of a detailed project of training by Perfect Language drawn up on the basis of the arrangements made during previous stages. The project contains a precise plan of the training, divided into a couple of modules, defined along with the strategic aims of the course. In other words, at this stage we plan which of the issues and language abilities chosen by the Client, are going to be discussed during the individual parts of the training. After drawing up the project we submit it to our Client for confirmation. If the offer of the training prepared by our school is not fully consistent with your requirements, we continue working on it in order to obtain optimal results.
4. Training
The classes take place in the seat of the Client on previously arranged dates and hours. The teacher gradually fulfils the aims contained in the individual modules defined in the project of the training. Regardless of the type of the course, the emphasis is put on the development of practical language abilities of your employees by practising usage of knowledge gained during the course in various aspects of everyday life and professional situations.
5. Progress Tests
Work on every module of the training finishes with a test, which checks the knowledge and practical language abilities of your employees in the range of material of a given module. The test is carried out within the classes. On its basis the lector awards each student a number of points that reflects the level of their acquaintance/on which they have mastered with the given part of the material.
6. Reporting
The last stage of the cooperation is particularly important from the point of view of the Client. It gives you the opportunity for constant supervision of realization of training aims defined in the project. On the basis of progress tests’ results the teacher prepares a report on the progress each of the course participants has made, with specification of the number of points received for knowledge of particular parts of the material and the ability of using them in practice. After the training has ended, we prepare final reports summing up the progress each of the participants has made during the whole course.
